The price for our year-round preventative maintenance program depends on the size of the home we are servicing. With larger homes, we must use more products in order to effectively treat the area, so we price our service accordingly.

We have customers that want to protect their home and family year-round. For them, we offer our primary service - a maintenance program that is safe, thorough, and highly effective. However, we do have the ability to do one-time services to treat specific areas and problems that might occur.

The program includes mice and/or flea removal, at no extra cost. You can choose this program for larger issues like a large number of ants that need more than one service to remove.

Our Pest Removal Maintenance Program

Here are the steps we follow during a typical initial service for our maintenance program:

• Inspect & Identify: We will do an interior and exterior inspection and walk through with you. We want to know where the problems are coming from so we can make sure they are taken care of, and prevent any further issues down the road.

• Interior Treatment: We will treat your interior baseboards and window to clear out and protect you and your family inside your home.

• Wasp Nest and Web Removal: We wipe down spider webs and wasps nests from along the eaves, foundation, doors, and windows. Once treated they stay cleaner!

• Our team will treat the home with a 6-foot foundation barrier - 3 feet up the wall and 3 feet out. We do so because if the bugs try to get into or onto the home, they have to go through a barrier that will wipe them out. You can think of it as 'Moat around your Castle" to keep the invaders away.

• We'll also treat any cracks and crevices, doors, windows, vents, sheds, and even garage interiors and other entry points to seal out invaders. Trust our team to also treat all your eaves to stop wasps and spiders from rebuilding their nests again.

• Finally, we'll apply a secondary barrier to further protect your home, by applying granules 10 to 15 feet. Starting from the foundation, then all the way around your home. Then we cover flower beds and areas with soil and dirt.

• These granules break down in the water and will soak into the soil to wipe out the bugs that are germinating there before they can attack your home.

• To make your home pest-free, it will normally take 2 services, one month apart, to interrupt the breeding cycles of unwanted pests. Your "Initial" service will kill off all the adults, young, and everything in between. But egg sacs behind siding and places we can't reach are watertight - so we have to wait for them to hatch. 

• When they do, in about 4-6 weeks, our team will return for your first quarterly service or "Follow Up" or "Egg Break" service. We will retreat the entire exterior of the home to wipe out anything that will have hatched since our first visit. This will stop them from growing up and laying their own eggs - effectively stopping their life cycle.

The pest products will last for about 3 months. So we will return each season to refresh and reapply your barrier. We'll treat your home with special care for the pests that are most prevalent for that time of the year, and prepare your home for the next season.
